1. All Sales Are Final

At Oudamir, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, ingredients, and details carefully before completing their purchase.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Fragrance products are personal and hygiene-sensitive items. To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any items that have been delivered. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of every customer.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and, if verified, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

When reporting a defective or damaged product, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Please note: Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without sufficient evidence, may not be eligible for a replacement.

4. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@oudera.ae with your order number.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to this no-refund policy.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct product(s) before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
