3. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography conditions.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other options available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
  • OUDAMIR SCENT PERFUMES is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund conditions are detailed on our Refund Policy page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined therein.

  • Due to the nature of fragrance products, we may not accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • All return requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.
